Criminal law cases
Our lawyers litigate all criminal cases with professionalism. We have years of experience in financial fraud cases and cases relating to financial fraud. We also have years of experience handling cases relating to homicide and bodily injury and all kinds of cases relating to property crimes. We also assist in military court proceedings. We assist both victims (injured party) and people suspected of committing a crime as well as those already prosecuted for committing a crime.
In many cases the victim (injured party) needs a skilled professional to guard their interest, as it may be difficult to know what kind of compensation one is entitled to, for example.
It is highly recommended to contact your legal counsel right in the beginning of preliminary investigation so that your counsel can get to know you and your case and assist you accordingly.
Civil law cases
We handle civil law cases with decades of experience. Our expertise include damages, construction disputes, matters related to marital property system, inheritance law (such as deeds and division of assets) and matters related to labor law.
Arbitration
Arbitration is a cost-effective, confidential and fast way of resolving commercial disputes. Legal expenses insurance
Legal expenses insurance covers legal expenses in a disputed civil case, criminal case or non-contentious civil case concerning one’s private life. Home insurance may, for example, include legal expenses insurance. Legal expenses insurance may also be purchased separately.
We determine for our clients whether their insurance covers legal expenses and to what degree, and draft notifications and applications needed for the insurance company.
Legal aid
Legal aid is provided at the expense of the state to persons who need expert assistance in a legal matter and who are unable to meet the costs of proceedings as a result of their economic situation.
Legal aid covers the provision of legal advice, the necessary measures and representation before a court of law and another authority, and the waiver of certain expenses related to the consideration of the matter.
In many cases it is possible that the compensation for expenses is paid from state funds. We assist our clients in applying for legal aid and if necessary, draft the application on behalf of the client.
In some situations the applicants' financial status has no meaning, for example victims of sex offence or domestic violence get compensated from state funds regardless of their financial status.
